At Large Michaels Limited, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently to any location within and outside Nigeria. Please read the following information carefully to understand our shipping terms and conditions.
1. Shipping Responsibility
Large Michaels Limited directly handles deliveries within Lagos State.
For orders outside Lagos or international destinations, we work with trusted third-party logistics partners capable of shipping to most addresses worldwide.
Please note:
Certain products are restricted and cannot be shipped internationally due to size, weight, or regulatory limitations.
Customers will be informed if any item in their order cannot be shipped to their destination.
2. Shipping Estimates
When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on:
The availability of your items,
Your shipping address, and
The shipping method you select.
Estimated shipping times are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your chosen courier.
3. Weight-Based Shipping Rates
Shipping costs for many products are calculated based on weight.
The weight of each product is indicated on its product detail page.
To match courier policies, all product weights are rounded up to the nearest full kilogram (kg).
4. Partial Shipments
If your order includes multiple items and one or more are temporarily out of stock, we will: Ship the available items immediately, and Issue store credit or a refund for the unavailable item(s). You will be notified promptly of any such adjustments.
5. Delivery Rates (Within Nigeria)
Below are our standard delivery zones, rates, and estimated timelines:

Note:
All charges are subject to change based on courier rates and fuel costs.
Orders with a minimum value of ₦500,000 (within Lagos) qualify for free delivery (5–10 working days).
For faster delivery, kindly select the paid delivery option applicable to your zone.
We always strive to keep delays to a minimum.
6. Address Accuracy
To ensure timely and successful delivery:
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
Ensure that the recipient’s name, address, and contact number are correct.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected to another address.
Large Michaels Limited will not be held responsible for:
Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or
Deliveries made to the wrong recipient as a result of inaccurate information provided by the customer.
7. Delivery Delays
We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure prompt deliveries; however, delays may occur due to:
Unexpected weather or transportation issues,
Supply chain or material shortages,
Technical failures,
High demand during sales or festive periods, or
Events beyond our control.
We will make every reasonable effort to communicate and resolve such delays as quickly as possible.
8. Payments
All payments for orders must be completed before dispatch.
Shipping fees (where applicable) are clearly stated during checkout and must be paid in full to initiate processing.
