11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Resolution
Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally through written communication for at least 30 days.
Arbitration
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria).
The arbitration shall be conducted in Lagos, Nigeria, in English, by a single arbitrator appointed mutually by both parties.
12. CORRECTIONS
Information on our website may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to correct or update such information at any time without prior notice.
13. DISCLAIMER
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
