1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be new or slightly used, and include all original packaging, components, accessories, and proof of purchase.

  • Products that show excessive wear, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email returns@largemichaels.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Once your RMA number is issued, securely package the product in its original box along with your receipt or invoice.

  3. Clearly write your RMA number on the package and send it to:

  • A prepaid downloadable return label will be provided via email.

  • Returns must be sent through approved courier services as indicated on the label.

  • Refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 10–30 days after receiving the returned item.


3. Restocking Fee

A 50% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, except where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
The fee may also apply in the following situations:

  • Missing or replaced components.

  • Returned items found to be non-defective after a DOA (Dead on Arrival) claim.

  • RMA requests submitted after the warranty period (accepted only within 30–45 days on approval).

  • Items returned with damaged or tampered packaging.


4. Returns & Exchanges
  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Exchanges are allowed where stock is available.

  • Please contact our support team using the details below to arrange a return or exchange.

  • Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you.


5. Refunds
  • After inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.

Refunds or replacements may be denied in cases such as:

  • The returned product does not match the item listed on the RMA form.

  • The product shows signs of physical damage, tampering, or unauthorized repair.
