Making a Warranty Claim
If your item qualifies for repair:
Submit a warranty request via the Service Requests page in your Itech Devices account.
Our warranty team will contact you within 24 hours for validation and troubleshooting.
If unresolved, we will initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process for repair or replacement.
Repair Process
To process your repair and return, we may share your name, email, and return address with the approved repair vendor. We ensure all partners comply with data protection laws, and your details are shared strictly for repair purposes.

Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
Turnaround time (TAT) excludes waiting periods for customer approval or information.

Certified refurbished items include:

30-day refund policy (from the date of receipt)
Manufacturer Warranty
